Pilot "fell asleep", misses the Australian target by 46km


A pilot in Australia was charged with falling asleep in the cockpit and missing his target by 46 kilometers.

The incident took place on November 8 on a Vortex Air flight from Davenport, Tasmania, to the island of the neighboring king.

The Piper-31 Navajo finally landed safely near the city of Corrie.

The Australian Says the Australian Journal of Transportation Safety Bureau is investigating the case.
