The Cuban Health Institute will host a workshop on endoscopic transnasal surgery
An international workshop on endoscopic endoscopic surgery will be held at the National Center for Minimal Access Surgery (CNCMA), a nationwide referral in this area, from the 30th of this month to December 1st.
Dr. Adolfo Hidalgo González, president of the Organizing Committee announced that the event is sponsored by the Cuban Society of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery.
He is also the head of the expertise of Otorhinolaryngology of CNCMA, said that to update the Cuban and foreign experts on the principles and basic and advanced techniques of nasosinusal functional endoscopic surgery.
The main topics to be discussed are surgical treatment of nasal and sinus diseases, including functional endoscopic sinus surgery and sinus panza surgery.
These include the endoscopic medial maxillotomy of reverse papilloma, endoscopic resection of juvenile nasophopharngea angiofibroma, and the transfhenoidal approach of the gland.

The design of the program will include lectures and participants will be able to expect professors to perform cross-examinations on various techniques of body samples using navigation technologies, said the president of the organizing committee.
