Al Ahli extended the contract with Mohammed Al-Shanawi, the goalkeeper of the club's first football team, to two seasons.
Al-Shannawi will hold a contract with Ahli until the summer of 2023, after joining the red team from Fatroug in the summer of 2016.
Al-Ahli has changed the player's contract in terms of material, to get the salary of the first team in the Red Group, which amounts to 7 million pounds per season.
Mohammed Al-Shannawi joined Al-Ahli in the summer of 2016 and managed to secure a central place in the red team's formation to become the goalkeeper of Egypt, who participated in the last World Cup in Russia.
