As we have written, a new government bill suggests that public places should not be classified as public space. The proposed amendment by Zasolt Semain proposed, in effect, that demonstrations should be banned before and during public holidays in places like Kossuth Square.
For example, on March 15 or October 23, it will not be possible to declare a demonstration to the same places as public festivals.
The places will be seized by law for celebrations
– said in the explanatory memorandum.
According to an immediate report, however, twelve years ago, on 22 December 2006 (that is, according to the current proposal at the time of the ban), the proposal proposal Semjén,
Gergli Guillias wanted to mark Kossuth Square. This was then avoided by reference to the police "operation area", and Gulyás appeal the decision of rejection in court (but lost the prosecution).
Gulyás still fought as a lawyer to be able to sign at Kossuth Square at any time, and now he is actually talking about prohibiting him.
Places of public celebration in the capital are listed in the law, and the local government gives them the power to order local government places. In our article, you can find detailed locations where you can not report a demonstration.
