Valentine 's Day. Staff or professionals, get awesome!

And as long as all parties discuss and count, we forget the essential thing. The problem lies in the government's attitude toward the education system and the teacher himself. The profession of the teacher is considered one of the most prestigious and professional professions since ancient times, since its results are the result of the nation and future of the country. Men and women who lead us from the high tribes always say that the best investment is in children, in the education of children. That we will live better in Lithuania, when our children will receive a better education. And what about that? Not in words, but in concrete actions?

Similarly, reform and appearance were also announced this time by the harsh word "reform", without taking into account all the circumstances and to what extent it would respond to the work of the teachers and the quality of the children's learning. The sorrow is that we are changing these reforms not only in the education system, but also in the health system and the like. All zones starts with the famous slogans and preparations, and eventually pops up like an inflatable balloon.

Valentine 's Day

Is it normal to begin implementing the education reform, to applaud him loudly and count the millions he has been allocated without preparing it for the ground? Is it normal that after the reform was announced in the summer, in August, school principals still could not tell how they would seek full payment for teachers, and in September, with the start of the new school year, teachers could not yet say what salary they would receive?

Is it normal that teachers in some schools have not yet signed a contract with the government because they do not agree? In this situation, what do you think, with what attitude and mood teacher should go to work? Is patriotism growing and burning? What significance does he see in his work and what goals does he have to raise himself?

Or what outcome was expected in the middle of the school year to take and publish a long school year? After all, the curriculum was not adapted, and the textbooks were returned to the library in May, and the children attended classes for half a year in June, no matter how many of them sat in the yards of the schools under the tree without having anything to do. Was there a far-reaching decision by rulers that would contribute to improving the education system?

Similarly, reform and appearance were also announced this time by the harsh word "reform", without taking into account all the circumstances and to what extent it would respond to the work of the teachers and the quality of the children's learning. The sorrow is that we are changing these reforms not only in the education system, but also in the health system and the like. All zones starts with the famous slogans and preparations, and eventually pops up like an inflatable balloon.

I look and feel sad – I do not like the power of people. She is beautiful, promising, but she does not like or respect, because she thinks it's enough cheap tricks to cover them up. Again, I will use the example of Estonia, although many say "Where did we come from Estonia?" For example, the state budget in Estonia is very similar to that in Lithuania, but Estonians have no doubts about the priorities of the people in the allocation of funds and the budget they chose the public sector.

Today, the average teacher salary in Estonia is 1,500 euros, while we are proud of the fact that by 2020, we will raise the salaries of Lithuanian teachers up to 1000 euros. After all, a teacher should live today, not a year later!

Again, the government's comments on the prestige of the teacher's profession remain only an empty slogan. When will the authorities really begin to love their people …
