The period of the day when most calories burn. Remember this

Burning calories becomes essential when we want to lose a few pounds. Diet and sports have a great contribution, but also a certain time of the day. And that's because burns are more intense at this point and you can take advantage of it for weight loss.

A new study shows that there is, however, an hour a day when the body naturally burns most of the calories, due to the sea rhythm that controls the body's internal clock and the night cycle. These rhythms affect calorie burning, especially during rest periods, when the human body can burn 10 percent more calories in the late afternoon and afternoon than early in the morning. More specifically, nearly 130 calories are burned in the afternoon and evening without effort, and it can affect health.

The study published in the Journal of Biology Current highlights the fact that circadian rhythm dictates not only the desire to rest, but also the complexity of 24-hour metabolism. Therefore, people with irregular sleep schedules, including those who work in shifts, face obesity and are prone to develop conditions such as type II diabetes, cancer or cognitive decline. Even if we do not hear it, the biological clock works all the time.

"It may be that when you eat and your energy consumption is low, this activity can lead to weight gain," says Jane Duffy, a research fellow at Brigham and Women's Hospital.

When most calories burn
The study examined seven men, men and women, between 38 and 69, who stayed for 37 days in a laboratory without glass, hourglass, telephone or Internet, so he did not know when he was leaving. Every evening, participants went to sleep four hours later than the previous night, and this habit lasted for 3 weeks. In this way, the body's internal clock is forced to keep pace, researchers notice that the biological periods of the body were completely different from the day's day.

Everyone who participated in this study had to wear sensors to measure their body temperature, allowing researchers to determine the period of most calories. The higher the temperature, the more calories burned. Thus, it turned out that the rate of calorie burning was low at night when body temperature dropped, while 12 hours later the burned calories rate increased in the afternoon.

Of course, even if you schedule your meals to take care of this program, remember that another important aspect is exercise. Even if you are not going to the gym, every effort, every movement, gets the energy, and to ensure even the smallest movements, from lifting the arm to sweeping through the house, burns a necessary number of calories.
