When asked what is most difficult for him, he replies:
"Nothing was difficult for me, it was all interesting and challenging to find a way to do some of the time when there were not so many things available today.
I did every piece of work like a game. For example, how to create a cable? I take the PTT cable, pull out the copper, unpack the cable from the bike, fix the cable, draw through the cable insulation and get a cable with the busbar. There are many more examples. The design of this model continued from September 1992 to March 1994, but it is difficult to say exactly how many hours worked. I used to work all day, sometimes just one afternoon … "

I made external panels from ultrathin paper in five layers, glued to wood glue (the so-called paper mass technique). Each board is made separately. I did mold for their design using drawings of orthogonal projection, then made a cardboard skeleton, filled it with plaster and worked. The interior reinforcements of the door, side and roof panels are made of wood, while I used an aluminum sheet of 0.8 mm to strengthen the boot cover and engine cover. "

"At the end of 1993, there was a competition for car models for the SAT 100 show. I had another model of 1964, which was not detailed and precise, I sent it and hoped to reward. First, second and third to other jobs, to my disappointment, but then the surprise – I got a special award outside the competition because my model was much better, "recalls Dusan.
In March 1994 he was invited to a car show to present his model. However, he brought the new model, which was well received. He exhibited at the fair in the coming years.
He received the award from the factory "Zastava", where he was invited to look at the entire production process and visit its Institute for Development.
For the last time in 2003, he presented a model at the fair, opposite "Pizza" – a "national department" cashing in. That is, Dusan also has a real "fic", older than him for several years, where he went to many conferences, visited Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia …
They were invited to the fair as a society to mark the centenary of the appearance of the first car in Serbia.
Unfortunately, the "National Club" no longer exists. All the rest, however, other clubs of many fans and amateurs, such as Dusan Jaksic, thanks to which "fića" still alive.
