The launch of Woodley Residences is scheduled for this Saturday (May 11th). The development of Japanese developer Kajima Development (Kajima) and Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) is located as a premium integrated development that leverages Japanese design.
The Woodleigh Residences is the latest and most ambitious integrated premium housing project of Japanese property developer, Kajima and SPH. The development was built over the Woodleigh Mall, and is also connected to the Woodley MRT station and an air conditioned underground bus interchange.
Located at the intersection of Serenjon and Upper Aljunied High Road, this premium housing project sits on 25,440 square meters of land and is the only integrated development of Bidadari.The development is also integrated with neighborhood police and community club, offering a complete and comfortable living experience.
As part of the community building, Kajima and SPH will work with the Singapore People's Association and Police to build a 6,000-square-foot community club and 2,190 square meters area police center in an integrated development.
The Woodleigh Residences itself will boast a 667 premium residence overlooking the tranquil Lake Alkaff and Bidadari Park, while the Woodleigh Mall will be close to 28,000 square meters of commercial, dining and commercial space, including a supermarket.
